Frequently Asked Questions
Do the kids do Krav Maga all day?
Every day, we provide a variety of camp-themed activities and Krav Maga classes. These classes cater to students of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced, and no previous experience is required. *Please note that participation in these classes will not be credited towards your progression within the regular Krav Maga curriculum.
Do you provide food?
Parents are responsible for ensuring that their child has both lunch and snacks daily. Kindly make use of insulated bags and ice packs, if necessary, to keep the food chilled. *Please note that we are unable to warm up the children's food.
What else does my child need to bring? Do you allow electronics?
Campers are required to bring a water bottle. If allowed, they may bring their own electronic device from home. However, these devices can only be used before and after camp hours. To avoid confusion, we suggest labeling the device with your child's name. Please note that Wi-Fi is not provided, so campers should be prepared to use their device solely for offline games. Additionally, campers should also bring a book to read each day.
What should my child wear?
Campers should wear active wear, indoor gym shoes, socks, or be barefoot.
What if my child leaves something at Krav Maga Anchorage?
It is the camper’s responsibility to keep track of his/her belongings. We will have a designated Lost & Found area and make a special effort to return lost items to their owner. If your camp week is over and you realize you’ve lost something, please contact us immediately. We keep lost items for approximately 2 weeks and then donate them to a local charity.
