Krav maga's philosophy is never to do more than necessary, but to react with speed, economy of motion, and the appropriate measure of force.
The Juniors program is a highly effective way to teach children, between the ages of 7-12, valuable self-defense skills and techniques to combat bullying. The carefully designed curriculum incorporates exercise, beginner conditioning drills, and comprehensive personal safety education, including verbal de-escalation training. By focusing on building discipline and self-esteem, our objective is to empower children and help them thrive.
Tiny Tots
The Tiny Tots program is designed for children aged 4 to 6. These classes will captivate your little ones with enjoyable exercises, focusing on fundamental blocks and strikes. Our philosophy revolves around promoting an active, healthy, and secure lifestyle.
Kali, an ancient martial art form, involves the skilled use of rigid bamboo sticks for both offensive strikes and defensive maneuvers. Emphasizing the mastery of weaponry, Kali provides a solid foundation before delving into hand-to-hand combat.
Our exclusive Women's Self-Defense seminar is meticulously crafted to equip women with the physical and mental preparedness needed to effectively respond and protect themselves in dangerous encounters. In our monthly seminars, we comprehensively delve into various techniques including escapes from grabs, chokes, and bear hugs, defensive striking maneuvers, weapon disarming tactics, and ground survival skills. Join us every month from 1:00pm to 2:30pm for this empowering program, available at an enrollment fee of $45.
